Always from 3:00 PM. Will you be arriving after 8:00 PM? Let us know for the night access code. (We charge €50 per hour for unannounced check-ins after 8:00 PM.)

Our fantastic breakfast is always included, whether you're staying in a room or an apartment.
Between 7:30 and 10:00 am you can have the perfect start to your day.
If you wish, we can also bring breakfast directly to your bed.The room or apartment price includes bed linen and towels, as well as electricity, Wi-Fi, water and breakfast.
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before your arrival—easy, right? After that, the following fees apply:
40% up to 31 days before arrival,
70% up to 1 week before arrival,
90% up to 1 day before arrival.

We have a limited number of parking spaces directly at the hotel for €5/day.
Of course. Buddies are always welcome and cost €15 per pet per night. But please let us know in advance, as we don't allow pets in all rooms and apartments.
You are welcome to order DHL shipping to us and we will hand over the forgotten items.

We have a ground-level ski cellar with a ski boot dryer, so you can head back to the slopes the next day.
Sure, we offer a laundry service! Just let us know, and we'll take care of it for €15 per load. Easy, right?
